- Ingredients:
4-5 medium potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste - Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut potatoes into small cubes.
- Toss with oil and seasonings.
- Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast 25–30 mins, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot and crispy!
