- 1 tablespoon honey

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (low-sodium)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
- Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the reduced-sodium soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside. - Cook the Vegetables:
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (or non-stick spray) in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
