(Like Cool Whip Free, thawed β 1 Point total) - 24 reduced-fat Nilla wafers
(Thatβs 3 per serving β 3 Points) - 2 ripe bananas, sliced
(0 Points β naturally sweet and filling) - 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
(Or use no sugar added pie filling β 0 Points)

- Prepare pudding:
In a bowl, whisk sugar-free pudding mix with 2 cups of skim milk until it thickens (about 2 minutes). - Fold in topping:
Gently fold in the fat-free whipped topping until smooth and creamy. - Layer it up:
In a medium dish or individual jars:
